INTERNATIONAL ORDERS from sewmanstore
HOW TO ORDERIn order to process all international orders, we would kindly ask you to follow 5 easy steps. This is to ensure our transaction is clear and quick.
1. Please place item or items you wish to purchase to the Basket.
2. Shopping online at sewmanstore is easy. For existing customers, go to My Account and simply sign in with your email address and password to proceed to the payment page. For new customers, enter your first and last name, your email address and password, then choose a password that is at least 6 characters long. You will next be asked to provide your shipping and billing details, then your payment details at the payment page.
4. After we receive your approval and your payment is made, we will ship out our item by EMS (usually takes 4-7 days, depending on your area).
5. You will be receiving a final e-mail from us, provided with a tracking number.
** We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. **
PAYMENT METHOD
NOTE : Card holder's name must match with the names given in shipping address. Your order will be cancelled otherwise.
All shipping and handling is carried out by Japan/Hong Kong Postal Service's EMS (Express Mail Service). S & H Fee varies depending on destination country. Feel free to contact us about the fee.
