S'YTE × KUON COLLABORATION Vol. 2
The second collaboration between S'YTE and KUON will be announced at noon on Wednesday, February 23rd, on Yohji Yamamoto's official online store THE SHOP YOHJI YAMAMOTO.

KUON, a brand that defies boundaries to pursue a simple form of vogue that remains constant over time, was launched in 2016. It incorporates the history and culture of used clothes and old cloth that exist all over the world, yet defies boundaries to pursue a simple form of vogue that remains constant over time.

This cooperation includes a line of S'YTE signature pieces manufactured from four different types of fabrics, which were created by blending KUON's ancient processes with superior current technological capabilities.

KUON is designed by Shinichiro Ishibashi 石橋 真一郎
KUON means “eternity,” “remote past" or "future,” and also “permanence”. While appreciating the history and culture of vintage clothes and textiles, KUON always seeks permanence, simplicity, and authenticity — to not be bound by traditional views. KUON seeks to challenge customary notions about vintage clothes and revitalize them with the new value.
Shinichiro Ishibashi After an apprenticeship with an established tailor in Tokyo, Shinichiro worked at a high-end fashion brand that present their collection at Paris Fashion Week as a pattern maker. In 2014 he began designing on a freelance basis. In 2016 he became the designer of KUON.
